Blog # 3: ENTREPRENEURSHIP

So you want to get started in entrepreneurship but don't know where to start or where to look for information? Lucky for you we are entrepreneurs and have failed enough to now be teaching about it.

What is Entrepreneurship?

An entrepreneur is an individual who creates a new business based upon a problem that needs to be solved, understanding that there will be risks but also an unlimited rewards. An entrepreneur is commonly seen as an innovator, inventor, creator of new ideas, goods, services, and business/or procedures.

1. Have the right mindset.

There is a difference between an entrepreneur and an WANTrepreneur. One executes and the other just day dreams. We will teach you how to execute and step out from the day dreaming stuff. We often see people can’t figure out why their goal isn’t working and it may be due to different reasons. In the end, they simply aren’t thinking like an entrepreneur. The first thing that new entrepreneurs need to know is that failure is likely and success is not given but an entrepreneur must be ready to accept failure and learn from it. Understand the risk you are taking, and also understand that you will most likely not succeed immediately and it may be an on-going journey.

2. Start thinking.

Just because you’ve come up with what you think is a good idea doesn’t mean it’s perfect. There’s a lot of research, idea validation, planning and general deep thought that needs to happen. Without the proper preparation, your dream business could fail quite quickly and this is why we are here to help!

You need to be the one who knows when you’re ready. The truth is most of the time we aren't ready and we need to take the step forward which for many sounds a bit uncomfortable. Decisiveness is important to have, therefore, make sure to have proper preparation already made before making the big decisions need to be made.

3. Find a mentor or mastermind group.

This is one of the most important steps you can take to lay a foundation for success. It's important to be around expert guidance, support, and motivational people. Having people like this will fuel you, teach you, support you and lend you an ear. Mentorship allows you to quantum leap straight to the head of the game more rapidly than if you tediously faced down every beginner’s hurdle. Our goal at this foundation is to teach you, help you to avoid pitfalls, mistakes that could cost you, and equip you with the knowledge to make informed decisions by having us as a resource in your corner.

4. Be honest with yourself.

Being an entrepreneur has it's good and bad sides. You are your own boss and have the freedom todo what you desire. At the same time you have to be discipline and wear multiple hats. That means you will have to put in the long hours to learn about different areas of your business, manage people sometimes and be the target. All eyes on you! . Entrepreneurship isn’t an easy path. Instead, it is often much more difficult than getting a regular job. You can only ever blame yourself. At a corporation you can blame your boss, or perhaps the economy as a whole. Excuses won’t cut it in this field. Being an entrepreneur is like a scientist doing experiments and you have to create a successful formula. If your business failed, chances are that you researched poorly, you hired the wrong people or you just weren’t prepared. Therefore, it's important to be honest with yourself and think about this path. It's risky but it's also rewarding! Becoming an entrepreneur and have a company will provide you the platform to have the income, impact and freedom. Your dreams will come true and you will have control & power to do what ever you desire.

Blog # 4: SALES

The seller is the person in charge of sales, he fulfills a necessary and important function, his brought action is defined and specialized. The seller plans, promotes, develops and closes the sale.

Given the changes that we have presented today, sales have become globalized and are highly competitive and it is for this reason that the sales work can only be carried out by the seller. It does not matter if he is a novice or a professional since he will always be studying, practicing and updating himself so as not to become obsolete; For this reason we have these study topics available so that you can be the best seller.

• Determination And Attitude

You have enough determination to sell your product and meet your goals at any cost, and enough attitude to face any difficulties you may encounter.

• Know the product

It is not enough to know the physical characteristics and properties of the product. A high-performance salesperson is a fan of your product, even a customer (when applicable). That is why he transmits his essence in a genuine and spontaneous way and infects clients with his passion.

• He generates empathy and acts with emotional intelligence

Empathy is about putting yourself in the client's shoes, that is, understanding his circumstances and his motivations, to establish a deep relationship. This is one of the pillars of the customer experience. A good salesperson must know how to react appropriately to frustration, anxiety, fear, failure and everything that their day-to-day life may entail.

• Solve customer problems

It is one of the pillars of the customer experience and in a way, it is the essence of the business relationship. The client approaches due to the need to solve a problem and hopes to be able to do so in the most appropriate and agile way.

• Communication

Communication is a highly important skill in becoming a good salesperson. Work on improving oral, written and physical expression, that will allow you to persuade, transmit security and convince your clients.

• Don't focus on just selling

The closing of the sale will be a natural consequence of a good process of advice, knowledge of the consumer, active listening and not a destination or point of arrival. When the closing of the sale becomes the focus for the seller, the real focus is lost, which is the customer and their needs.

• Maintain a good personal presentation

When the closing of the sale becomes the focus for the salesperson, the real focus, the customer and their needs is lost.

Blog # 5 MARKETING

INBOUND MARKETING is a marketing technique designed to attract potential customers by offering information of interest to them through various means of content marketing. thus generating brand awareness and interest in their products.

Instead of focusing directly on the sale as does the more traditional marketing, the company that carries out the attraction marketing focuses on providing information to the potential consumer, so that they take the company for an expert on the subject.

Inbound marketing encompasses the entire marketing-sales process, from the visitor's first contact with the brand to the purchase. Including content production, social media, referral, email marketing, and analytics tracking. Its final objective is conversion, maintaining the same in time and establishing beneficial relationships for all members of online marketing, the four referred stages being attraction, acquisition, conversion and loyalty.
